Connecting people with a livelihood opens up a can of worms of extreme emotions of hope, joy, as well as frustration and disappointment. The emotional spectrum can be extreme when uncertainty exists. I just looked back and looked for the grace and dignity of the previous situation and realized you stood firm, cool, calm, and professional. You hear it from both sides and you have to re-energize or re-connect people to where everyone is celebrated not tolerated.
