RESTAURANT KITCHEN MANAGER wanted in Boston, MA for a high volume, unique globally-recognized restaurant.
2-5 years of Kitchen Manager or Assistant Kitchen Manager experience in a high volume, fast paced, casual dining or upscale casual restaurant (i.e. Maggiano’s, Cheesecake Factory, Bertucci’s, etc.).
Proven ability to motive, develop and train BOH staff
Must be a hands-on Culinary Manager, willing to work alongside of your crew as needed
Must be passionate about the industry and be a driven leader
High School Diploma or higher education
