EXECUTIVE CHEF/ CHEF PARTNER wanted in Alexandria, VA for a scratch kitchen concept with a highly esteemed and growing restaurant group.
• 3-7 years’ experience as a HANDS-ON Executive Chef in a high volume scratch kitchen restaurant (i.e. concepts such as Think Food Group, Passion Food Hospitality, Matchbox, Schlow, Fabio Trabocchi)
• Proven track record of managing, directing, disciplining, and training Sous Chefs and kitchen staff
• Experience with interviewing, hiring, training, managing, and terminating kitchen staff
• Ability to maintain food/recipe databases while creating seasonal menu items
• Ability to perform daily Ordering & Inventory
• High School diploma or higher education
• Culinary Degree preferred
