    Restaurant General Manager needed in Mount Laurel, NJ for a high-volume, fast-paced, casual dining restaurant.

    Qualifications:

    Ideal candidate will have 5+ years of General Manager experience in a fast-paced, high-volume corporate restaurant setting with a scratch kitchen (i.e, Cheesecake, Yardhouse, Capital Grille, Maggiano’s, PF Chang’s, Houston’s) as well as an independent setting
    Must be willing to work on your feet, in the trenches with your team, for up to 10-hour shifts
    Understanding of implementing and maintaining team building
    Proven ability to motive, develop, and train staff
    Must be passionate about the industry and be a driven leader
    High School Diploma or higher education
    Degree in hospitality or restaurants is a plus
