Job Description:
Nurse/ RN Patient Care Manager wanted in Inverness, FL for one of the nation’s leading Home Health Care companies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of RN/ Nursing experience
- 1+ years Home Health RN/ Nursing experience
- 1+ years management experience
- Must possess knowledge of Outcome and Assessment Information Set (OASIS) Assessments
- Associates degree in Nursing or higher education
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in FL
- Current CPR Certification
- Must have an active drivers license and access to dependable transportation
