Job Description:
We are looking for a RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER in Charlotte, NC with a corporate national brand that offers an upbeat, fun environment for their managers and staff.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of high volume full-service/ casual dining Restaurant General Manager experience (i.e. Carolina Ale House, Buffalo Wild Wings, Darden, Ted’s Montana Grill)
- Must have recent scratch kitchen experience management experience
- Ability to manage the day-to-day operations of a restaurant while maintaining a positive, lighthearted and fun vibe
- Must have a passion for developing, coaching and mentoring managers and staff
- Must have strong P&L experience
- Proven track record successfully handling, and prioritizing, multiple matters simultaneously
