Job Description:

Human Resources Manager wanted for a manufacturing site in Pulaski County, Indiana.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ experience as a Human Resources Manager in a manufacturing environment for 75+ employees
• Multi-site HR management experience is highly desirable
• Proven track record with training, hiring, onboarding, etc.
• Proven success with employee engagement (i.e., employee recognition, company outings, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)
• Proficient with MS Office and experience with HRIS (preferably Ceridian Dayforce)
• HR Professional Certification (SPHR) or SHRM-SPC is a plus
