RESTAURANT MANAGER needed in Nassau County, NY (Long Island, NY) for a high volume nationally recognized fast casual restaurant with a large restaurant group in the region.
• 3+ years management experience in a high volume, corporate fast casual (i.e. Fresh & Co., Freshii, Hale & Hearty, Au Bon Pain, Cosi, Chop’t, Just Salad, etc.) or casual restaurant setting (NO FAST FOOD/QSR PLEASE)
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a car
• Must have P&L Knowledge
• Must possess strong leadership skills and ability to motivate others
• High School Diploma or higher education
