SOUS CHEF needed in Cleveland, OH for a multi-venue property.
- 1-2 years’ Sous Chef experience or managing 10+ BOH employees in a multi-venue setting (i.e. sports arena F&B, casinos, resorts, hotels, or entertainment venues
- 3-5 Years Culinary Experience
- 1-2 Years’ experience ordering and scheduling
- High school diploma or higher education (Culinary degree highly desirable)
