DIRECTOR OF FACILITIES – Atlanta, GA
Director of Facilities wanted in Atlanta, GA for multiple properties.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2+ years working as a Facilities Director on a large complex property (such as a university or college campus) with integrated facilities management to include facilities, environmental services, and landscaping/grounds.
5 years of experience in Management.
5 years of Functional experience.
Experience in Client-Partner Relationships.
Experience in Deferred Maintenance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong technical knowledge of the following: mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural, safety systems, architectural, landscape, and energy management.
Demonstrated business and financial acumen with a strong P&L understanding.
Strong Leadership skills with a focus on staff development and team building.
Sustainability-minded – innovative and solution-oriented.
Exceptional client relationship and communication skills.
OSHA #10 or OSHA #30 certification.
Certified Facilities Manager CFM.
Synthetic Turf experience.
Understanding Capital Budgets.
