SOUS CHEF/ KITCHEN MANAGER needed for a high volume, scratch kitchen, upscale casual restaurant in Fairfax, VA for a high profile restaurant group.
• 2-5 years Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager experience in a high volume, corporate upscale casual/ full service restaurant setting of $3 million or higher annually (i.e. Hillstone, Clyde’s, P.F. Chang’s, Union Square Hospitality, Outback Steakhouse, Cheesecake Factory, etc.)
• Proven track record of excellent leadership skills for the BOH
• Stability as defined by no more than 2 employers in the past 5 years
• High school diploma or higher education
