NURSE MANAGER wanted for a Cardiopulmonary Unit in Springfield, OR.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing
Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license
5+ years of RN/ Nursing experience
2+ years of past Nurse Manager experience or other Leadership experience
Proven experience working in a Critical Care/ Cardiopulmonary Unit
Must possess financial and budgetary knowledge
BLS certification, ALS certification may be required
Must possess strong problem-solving skills, judgment to plan and accomplish goals, and ability to think you your feet in a fast-paced environment
Must possess the ability to conduct the nursing process, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation under the scope of the State’s Nurse Practice Act of Registered Nurse licensure
Must be able to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Certification in clinical area preferred
Membership in related professional organization preferred
