Job Description:

EXECUTIVE CHEF wanted in Wooster, OH for an upscale restaurant/ steakhouse.

* Award winning Chicago-Style Steakhouse *

Qualifications:
• 3-7 years’ experience as an Executive Chef in a high volume corporate upscale restaurant setting or steakhouse
• Proven track record of managing, directing, disciplining and training Sous Chefs and kitchen staff
• Ability to conduct staff evaluations and staff meetings
• Experience with interviewing, hiring and terminating kitchen staff
• Ability to maintain food/recipe databases
• Ability to perform daily Ordering & Inventory, while maintaining FIFO
• Daily assistance with the creation of accurate and comprehensive prep lists
• High School diploma or higher education
• Culinary Degree preferred
