SOUS CHEF needed in Frederick, MD for a fast-paced, upscale restaurant with a scratch, chef-driven kitchen.
- 2+ years Sous Chef, Executive Chef, or Culinary/ Kitchen Manager experience in a chef-driven kitchen
- Experience working in an upscale, independent restaurant setting
- Proven track record of developing and mentoring others in the BOH
- Experience working with menu creation and seasonal menu items
- Must have a passion for the business
- High school diploma or higher education (Culinary degree preferred)
- Stability defined by no more than two jobs in the last 5 years
