I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Jody at Dugan Staffing. She listens to our needs and works hard to find the best fit for our company. I do not have the time to search in the way she does. I appreciate that she works hard to find us high quality candidates, and I know that when I receive a resume it is one she has weeded out and personally made sure could be a good fit. She takes direction and feedback very well and I never feel overwhelmed by calls or emails from Jody. It has been a pleasure to work with DSS and we are happy to have such a successful working relationship!
